This fully automatic computerized glue spraying machine utilizes advanced international computer control technology and is extremely easy to operate. It is suitable for gluing materials across a wide range of industries, including speakers, car seats, aircraft sound insulation, protective gear, sporting goods, furniture, mattresses, leather goods, packaging, mobile phone and computer cases, wallets, handbags, luggage, and accessories.

1. Simple operation: Programming can be performed on-site using a touchscreen computer or on a computer using applications such as CAD/CoreLDRAW, then converted to DXF format and downloaded to the machine. It’s easy to learn and understand.
2. High speed: The bridge-type platform structure allows for simultaneous operation and material unloading, achieving glue spraying speeds 5-6 times faster than manual operation.
3. It supports up to four axes of motion, enabling not only forward and backward, left and right movement, but also three-dimensional, inclined, and single-sided gluing.
4. High precision and uniform glue application, eliminating glue push and glue deadening.
5. The glue barrel is completely sealed to prevent glue from drying out. This reduces waste and prevents the release of toxic gases during drying, which could pollute the work environment.
6. Compatible with a wide range of glues, including white glue, all-purpose glue, PU glue, and hot-melt glue.
7. Large working area, capable of spraying up to 1000mm x 600mm.
